Made my dad’s Taco Salad… he passed away in 2020 and I miss him so much! This was a favorite he would make in the summer with steak or burgers it makes a great side dish. Now I don’t think it’s “his” recipe as I’m sure he got it from a friend kinda thing.. but here’s what it is. Lettuce, tomato, green onion, chilli beans, Mexican cheese, creamy Italian dressing, topped with crunched Doritos. Tip: don’t add the Doritos until last or they will get soggy.
