A Saudia Boeing 777-300ER struck a large flock of birds shortly after takeoff from Algiers’ Houari Boumediene Airport while en route to Jeddah. The collision damaged the aircraft’s nose cone, with visible marks on its wings and engine cowling. Despite the impact, the crew continued the flight and landed safely at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah.
