More than 786,000 bottles of nasal spray that were sold nationwide are being recalled because the packaging is not child resistant, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

Bayer, maker of Afrin nasal spray, is recalling travel-size bottles due to a labeling error.

The bottles do not have child-resistant tops, and that poses a risk of serious injury or illness from poisoning if a child swallows the contents.
